Antigua Classic Yacht Regatta 2011

It was 2011 waking up the professional press Geri and his team of amateurs from Austria, supported by a british tactician, an american boat manager and a female semi pro surprised the classic yacht scene. Simultaneously, Mary Rose was awarded first prize in the „Concours d’Elegance“.

In the waters, Mary Rose had to fight off Atrevida continuously, a beautiful Herreshoff schooner, owned by the renown Brasilien entrepreneur Gilberto Miranda Batista. The crew of Atrevida tried again and again to gain an advantage on Mary Rose by setting a spinnaker and other big sails ... However to no avail.
